Civil Engine offers an interactive 3D visualization service to developers and architecture firms. Our team is composed of industry professionals in the VR and XR space, and our software gives you the opportunity to walk, fly, or virtually enter a stunning 3D model of your project with your clients or collaborators over a wifi network.

How do we get started?

  1. Send us an inquiry at the bottom of this page, or an email to contact@civilengine3d.com

  2. We will give you a quote based off your requirements and your timeframe

  3. We will use any floorplans, measurements, videos, or photographs that you have to recreate your project in a 3D space

  4. We will send you any renders or files in a google drive for you to download locally

  5. You, and any other collaborators, can now launch the CivilEngine file and enter your 3D space, discussing the space, materials, measurements, or anything else.

What is civil engine?

Our team at Civil Engine will create a 3D visualization of your project based off of your floorplans and specifications, and provide you and your clients with an interactive, collaborative walkthrough that they can launch locally on their computer or VR headset.

This experience will help you and your clients fully understand the scale and proportions of your plans, and give you the opportunity to collaborate and take notes.

We have a team of 3D artists and programmers with years of experience working in the VR / XR industry, and our interactive software has some features that are unavailable with our competitors.

  • Our material library allows you to change materials on the fly. Want to showcase some other flooring options to your client? Or perhaps see some different tile options in the bathroom? Our unique system makes that possible

  • Four different modes of movement. Fly, walk, orbit, or put on a VR headset and enter the visualization. Our software also works natively on VR headsets, giving you access to this feature in any environment.

  • Connect to anybody’s computer that is on the same wifi, and join them in their walkthrough

  • Make measurements live, in imperial or metric

  • Make notes within the environment for others to see and spark discussion

A 3D artist from Scottsdale, AZ, Kendrick worked as an environment artist for four years in the VR games industry. A passionate 3D modeler, with help from some colleagues, created Civil Engine, and is the lead on all projects.
